    It's very hard to see the lane markings at this intersection when it's dark and especially when it's dark and raining. I travel along 103 here pretty frequently and often see cars out of position by as much as half a lane as they approach the light westbound. Eastbound cars that proceed through the intersection after a red light usually end up about a half a lane to the left of the current lane markings because the lanes effectively shift midway through the intersection without prior warning.

    It's possible most of this will be resolved after the road is replaced but it's hazardous now. Would you please take a look? Brighter lane markings would help a lot because the remnants of the previous lines are misleading when it's dark.

    A fire hydrant was recently installed near the north end of Bauman Drive, and ever since then there's been water across the roadway. It looks like there's a leak somewhere near the hydrant given the slope of the road.
