    Ahn's Hamburgers has a side lot on Bellevue, it's their property, and they do not have it fenced. Various people hang out there and dump trash and garbage, and leave furniture there, it's always a mess, and Ahns doesn't keep it clean.

    This issue has been reported and the area was blocked off and then nothing done. The "pothole is more than half the width of the street and 30 to 40 feet long. You can not park there. it is widening and the street will be closed due to expansion of the pothole soon. This is not a minor issue, it has become a major one. Shame on the City of Oakland for allowing this while repaving Montclair.

    There is a 20-25 foot long pothole on the downhill (south side) of the street in this area. It's the biggest pothole I have seen in Oakland. 2-3 feet wide and several inches deep.

    Maple Ave Oakland, California - Upper Dimond
    Maple Ave between Delaware St and MacArthur. All of Maple was repaved recently except this very short section. Due to traffic to avoid the fairly new stoplight at 35th Ave and MacArthur, there is a huge amount of traffic here at commute time both for freeway access and exit. The entire street is full of ruts and small potholes. It is very dangerous for bicycles and there are many bicyclists in the area. We have the same legal right to decent roads as all citizens and this is a violation of our rights, possibly a civil rights violation. It must be repaved or repaired.
