The patches from 2016 water project have become major hazards, with drops of 6+ inches. Trucks, trailers, cars are swerving to avoid, and or bottoming out. There are multiple spots on the north south stretch between Edlund and Austin Drive. Please install signage to alert drivers and schedule early season repairs.

The south end of Industrial Parkway is completely deteriorating. It was rough going into winter, but now it is completely disintegrating. Please prioritize for patching, and a more thorough early season replacement. This section of road is dangerous as it is given sharp curve, heavy vehicle traffic (GMT buses, Barrett’s trucks, semis delivering to industrial businesses, cars), pedestrians, bikes, no sidewalks etc. The condition of the road is making it more hazardous.

The south west corner of industrial Parkway in front of Edlund has completely deteriorated. Can you please add to early-season patch list. This corner has been falling apart for years, and needs to be re-constructed.

Cold patch is VERY rough. Permanent patch should be installed. This section of street sees a lot of bus and truck traffic, plus the sidewalk is completely failed so bikers and strollers are using this section of street too.
