    15027 Grand Avenue Pinellas Park, Florida - Pinellas Park

    The traffic signal at Grand Ave turning onto Gandy Blvd will regularly not trip for the left turn signal. This happens regularly, especially in the morning, despite vehicles filling both left turn lanes. This will go through up to 2 full cycles, that I have sat through, before it will appear to provide the left turn signal despite no change. This causes major backups at that intersection, especially during morning rush hour.

    This was previously reported on Issue ID: 3273931 3/17/17.

    The issue persists and causes long backups in the morning. I can provide dashcam video of this problem if requested. I would just need time to pull the video and crop out the part showing the intersection issue in question. This morning it only skipped one cycle. 2 days ago it skipped 3 cycles before it finally provided the let turn signal from Grand Avenue to Gandy Blvd east bound. Someone needs to watch the intersection during the morning commute to see it in action.
