    Since this new park has opened the grass has been lush and green up until this week. Large dead spots are now rapidly developing. The drought restrictions put in place by EBMUD don't mandate we limit watering by this much. I'd hate to see the City neglect caring for a newly completed resource only to then need to hire someone to come in and make repairs once it's lost.

    Bike & Pedestrian pathway is in horrible condition with large 2-3" depressions in areas. I've seen the construction company adjacent to the path fill these before but then they drive their vehicles on this path. These divots need to be repaired before someone gets hurt.

    This patio built out by the restaurant and the power pole are too close together. Seeing how this patio is built out onto the right of way it should have gone through the encroachment permit process or something similar. Was this work completed without city approval?

    Traffic - Cars constantly cut through the Shell station from Webster to Lincoln to avoid the intersection. On several occasions I have nearly been run over by people speeding through. Please increase enforcement to help increase safety.
