    815 4th St E Saint Paul, Minnesota - Dayton's Bluff
    On Hope St from 4th to 6th it looks like a war zone. Potholes throughout. The worst area is at the intersection of 4th & Hope as well as in front of our driveway, which is on Hope not 4th. The potholes are 3" deep and 15-18" in diameter - easily loose a tire in them.

    At the intersection of 4th and Hope there are so many potholes it looks like the road has Chicken Pox. From Arcade to Bates there are several on 3rd St as well.
