    The intersection of 58th Ave S and S147th St is a 4 way stop. It is generally used as merely a "yield" and on occasion people don't even slow down or look. There are a lot of young children playing in the area and I don't want to see one of my neighbor's children get injured due to an inconsiderate driver. I was standing at that intersection a while back waiting for a friend to pick me up and of 47 cars that went through the intersection, only three came to a complete stop and three cars just blew through the intersection without even slowing down. The other 41 slowed down but didn't stop at all.

    The reflector in the road indicating there is a fire hydrant on my property has been missing for over 5 years. I have approached the fire department on three occasions but it still hasn't been replaced. This isn't an issue for me because the hydrant is on my property but I don't want to see a neighbor lose property due to wasted time in case of a fire.
