    Again this morning nearly all the recycle carts in our neighborhood were left in the street/gutter by the pick-up crew rather than being returned to the sidewalk were they had been put out.

    There are several new bump-outs on Deering Street between State and High Streets that look like they are intended to catch rain water. They look as though they are not complete. Is anything else going to be done to them?

    There is a recycling bin left in the street at 8:40 am- in the left turn lane on High at Danforth. I've reported this issue before for my address - 122 Pine St.- that bins are not always returned to the off-street location that they were left out at. If put back in gutter or driveway they can block cars access.

    Someone has left a large (2-3' long) heavy water filter on the sidewalk at the corner of Pine and Thomas streets.

    The recycling bins are left open after pickup. If it is raining they will collect water. Can they be left closed?
    The recycling bins are sometimes left in gutter or entrance to the driveway, where they can block cars. Can they be left where they were put out, off the gutter and driveway?
