    There is a swastika spray painted on the bike path on the bridge going over 4th street. There is also an expletive painted on the (western) bike path a short ways north of the 7th street bridge. Same color paint. Same person.

    Racist graffiti on the deck of the pedestrian bridge over the rail road tracks. There is also a bunch of fresh graffiti along the furnace pedestrian trail all the way north to Larpentuer. The graffiti is on signs, light posts, and the pavement itself.

    Large sink hole developing on the pedestrian trail over the railroad tracks. Approximately 1 foot in diameter and almost a foot deep. This is very close to the one that was patched last year.

    Next to the entrance of the new construction on Ruth and Old Hudson rd there is a saw-cut gap between the new curb and the pavement in the southbound bike lane on Ruth. The gap is 3-5 inches wide, difficult to see, very deep, and completely unmarked. This would quickly toss any cyclists who is unfortunate enough to not notice it. This is extremely dangerous and is an accident waiting to happen.
