Thank you "City" for placing the dumpster at this residence finally. Many of us have been bringing up this unhealthy issue for years now. But unless you pursue the legal guardian, Peter S Musante Sr(727-430-8475, public number) and have him either supervise the people living here or hire some workers to start discarding the trash/junk on property front and back and in house, this will NEVER get done. Cats and rats everywhere! The mentally disabled owner can barely manage to ride his bike to get food and the hoarder couple who are living their will NEVER do this, they can barely manage to stay off drugs and just find more trash to drag back to this residence. This would NEVER happen on the Mayors street. Never! This is a health hazard. Please stay on top of this case! The "well paid guardian" won't. We are sick and tired of looking and living with this mess.

The city left these 3 warning cones on 45th Street N after a tree was downed by hurricane Irma last year. Children have placed one cone in hedge near by between 3401 45th St N and adjoining property 4496 35th Ave N. They have been here since Sept '17. Sometimes they are laying in road on 45th St N. Could some city dept. please pick them up since we have crews working in the area for new water lines. It would be appreciated.

NE corner of 32nd St N and 22nd Ave N has large palmetto on city property growing near corner that obstructs traffic when pulling out onto busy 22nd Ave N. Makes for a dangerous corner. Plant should be removed for safety reasons.

Dead tree with broken branches from storm resting heavily on POWER line or cable needs to be checked URGENTLY before line/cable snaps.

I reported this owner in April and the city picked up junk that had been left for weeks. But here we go again. This owner has transients that live in his garage. They are always dragging trash and stowing it in neighbors yards, hiding it under bushes or leaving piles in the driveway for weeks. There is drug activity and the couple have very loud obscene arguments between mn and 4 am. Have called cops till blue in face. If this was the mayors street I guarantee it would not be happening. The owner has a guardian and from what I can see he is not fulfilling his responsibility. The owner is a sick man.

I am copying my last complaint of this residence, because it has happened again, city picked up junk and now they have more junk and it's been there for over 3weeks.
