    This was originally another issue which has been "acknowledged" I am not sure if my additional picture and comment will prompt any further action, so I am creating another issue.

    They cleaned off the road and drain but we have the same issue next time we have heavy rains. Please have them take the large row of dirt and spread that out away from the drain. This dirt ends up just recovering the drain.

    Vehicle has no tag, parked in drive way on private property. Also yard is getting overgrown, gutter is overgrown and will cause water to dam during a storm.
