491 Deering Ave Portland 04103, United States - Portland
A car accident yesterday 12/13 left a lot a dangerous debris and the city needs to come clean it up before a kid hurts themself. There is broken steel, glass and plastic, this is a very residential neighborhood.

This intersection of Dartmouth and Oakdale needs a crosswalks! It is the connecting st from the oakdale neighborhood to USM. I see countless students walking and biking along this path. Also it is in direct route to Longfellow park which is very dog friendly and people walk their dogs multiple times a day to this location. Dartmouth is a busy street and people cut through it from Forest Ave to Brighton Ave very fast. There is parking on both sides of the street so it's hard to see, you're almost in the road before you can see if anyone's coming. There is no signs notifying the drivers that there are pedestrians present either.

There is always a heap of trash and garbage at the bus stop on forest and Lincoln st. There is a nice bench in front of the church and it's a great sitting area but it gets so gross with left over Chinese food everywhere the other day plus just litter constantly. A city garbage can is so needed!

60 Brighton Ave Portland, ME 04102, USA - Portland
Brighton, Deering, USM crossing. This is a very hard light and intersection to understand. It's not the first time it has come up but wondering if there are thoughts or plans on improvement. First when you are on Deering coming from 302 the light is so quick only 3-4 cars max can get through it. And it is also very hard for cars to realize it's their turn cause the light facing Brighton is also looking almost at you and you wondering if your running a green or red light. This quick hesitation for safely on drivers allows for maybe 2-3 cars to get through the light. Also people trying to take a left always get stuck in the road. What about a round-about? Anything is better then not addressing this very outdated and complex intersections issue.
