    This is a 2nd complaint for this issue. This commercial dumpster is on constant over-flow. Businesses are just dumping heaps of garbage all over the ground and surrounding oil containers. This dumpster NEEDS to be emptied BY THE CITY twice a week! Why is this so hard??

    This dumpster is constantly over-flowing with tons of trash either because the sanitation department doesn't come, or, doesn't come enough. The city needs to come at least twice a week, all of these businesses need a proper place for garbage disposal. The Subway restaurant has lost their key to operate the dumpster, and as a result is now throwing ALL of their garage on the surrounding area.
