I received a complaint from a neighbor that the resident at 94 Patriot Pkwy is discharging water directly to the sidewalk and it is freezing during cold weather causing a safety hazard. The neighbor indicated that she witnessed a car slide out of control on the ice and narrowly avoid an accident
