    Abondoned vehicle. Has been sitting there without tag for 2 months. Police left a sticker on it 3 weeks ago and never towed it away.

    7th street between 53rd way North and 50th Ave North has constant speeders especially after hours and during the night. One of our neighbors vehicles already got hit in the middle of the night.
    One night I heard a police chase. People from other neighborhoods cut through this road speeding constantly. We need some Square speed bumps. Not round. This will definitely resolve the issue.

    Alley needs to be redone between 7th street and 8th street of 51 Ave North. It is damaged all the way up to 8th street.

    This address was broken into yesterday in plain daylight between the hours of 11am and 5:30pm. No crime watch volunteers were around to call the police. No one was around walking their dog. No one was outside standing smoking their cigars.
    But don't let me park my car on my yard because the police will be there is no time!

    The entrance to the condominiums floods over 3 feet when it rains making low clearance vehicles impossible to drive along this road and preventing residents from accessing their 300K gated community. This will become a bigger issue as the weather gets worse. Cars park everywhere because they cant access their condominiums.

    People speeding on 7 street constantly day or night. Many people bike and walk their dogs on this street but cars always speed through it. There are children living in the 701 51ave North property and they play outdoors. We need at least 3 speed bumps on 7 street specially between 51 Avenue and 52 Avenue where the children live. Please install Speed Bumps on this dangerous road.
