Catch basin In front of location overflowing. Might someone be able to check to see if catch basin is clear of debris?

This was originally posted on seeclickfix in Oct. 2017; it was reported a year or more prior to that in person at city hall. There has been no action on this matter in well over 3 years. It was caused by city commissioned plows during winter snowstorms. The curb sat low enough to be destroyed with each pass of a plow. It negatively impacts water drainage paths to the catch basin, and remains a hazard for pedestrians and vehicles alike.

The matter (SeeClickFix ID# 3743519) was closed on August 29, 2018, and I was advised to repost if not resolved. It’s not been resolved. I’m reposting.

Contacted the city twice about this. This is a 2+ year problem, due to plowing over the curb during the winter months. (Note I've done what I can to put the stones back in place.) In addition to being a general eyesore, the damage created by plows has impacted the water flow into the catch basin, leading to water settling and backup into the entrances of surrounding driveways. During driving rain, water seeps into the seams, and is not directed into the basins.
