    *Public Utility Easement* Trees have cause damage to cable lines from rubbing against cable strands. Contacted power company, stated there is not life/safety dangers and they are not responsible. Contacted cable providers, they stated they are not responsible. Advised all utilities that the power poles “flex” when the wind blows and the branch is leaning on the tension wire between the poles. This has been a documented issue since Hurricane Irma. Is this city responsible for tree trimming above the utility easements?

    My neighborhood storm damage yard waste was picked up, except my neighbors and mine. Was wondering if there was an estimate as to when crews will be out to collect the rest of this waste?

    Any idea when the city will be removing Irma debris? Our area still has very large piles affecting visibility when driving on roadways.

    Working relief efforts. Headed to Collier County, got permission to check on my house. Power line from pole to house is under the tree. Reported to Duke. Unsure if trees need to be removed before power is restored. Or power restored first. Difficult to remove without power and fear of being near lines that could become active at any moment. Will the city assist with trees that are down in my yard from the alley? Need some assistance as won't have cell service south of Lee County and will likely be deployed 2 weeks.

    It's great that the city finally replaced the fountain lights in the circle, but would look great if the fountain ran at night to show it off. Please consider adjusting the fountain timer to allow for this great feature to be showcased! Thank you!
