Bike abandoned for over a month, in front of vacant lot, please remove.

This month PSEG placed a telephone pole in middle of the sidewalk, rendering it impassible. People are having to walk out into Garfield Avenue with their strollers or in a wheelchair. This is a really unsafe situation in such a busy street. Please request PSEG move the pole to allow residents to use sidewalk.

The bicycle symbols/shared lane markings that were painted on Bergen Avenue between Sip Avenue and Communipaw Avenue have almost completely worn off. They used to have at least one symbol on each block, and it was helpful to remind drivers to be aware of bikes (and share the road!) Please repaint. Thank you!

There was a car accident in front of medical office on April 14th which destroyed the fence on the corner. The has been in this state ever since, no action has been taken to remove sharp metal and glass or replace the fence. Hazard to children and an eyesore for everyone. Please address asap.

Excessive and pervasive litter in front of medical office. Photo taken today, but litter has been serious issue for nearly a year. The office does not clean up litter from patrons and it is often food refuse which attracts rodents. The city should request that the medical office place a trash can inside their gated area for their patients to use.

41 Bentley Avenue was evacuated by the City on October 6th and was declared unfit for human habitation. The City boarded up property, but multiple people have been seen going in and out of the house through the rear door and garage (on Welsh Lane). It appears multiple people are still living in property. Please address.
