This corner keeps turning into a popular site for illegal dumping. The items include open gas containers and old fridges placed near the sewer openings.

Please advise how to proceed with the cleanup and how to prevent this from happening. The owner of the building has been very unresponsive over the years.

The sidewalk is entirely blocked with garbage at this time. This is not safe for residents and kids.
