    Photo taken at 1:45pm on Thursday. Street cleaning on the lake (right) side is 12pm-3pm. As is shown, nearly all spaces are occupied. Three are blocked off by the white truck, which is an American Industrial & Maintenance Services truck -- doing work for the city. Spaces were blocked by Parks Dept trucks two weeks ago, likewise preventing cleaning. This block is awash in garbage all week long -- perhaps this is why? And perhaps this is why this area is constantly trashed and disrespected in other ways -- noise, crime, urine and feces -- around the clock? Please, we beg you: Enforce the law. People should be able to enjoy this area -- and can't if it's constantly trashed. And if the city can't even clean it once a week.

    Road construction has ground all traffic on Madison between 8 and 12 to a halt. Why is the road even open -- Just to trap cars on it? I've been at a stand still for 7 minutes already and crews are letting no cars through. It is rush hour. This us a travesty.

    The protected left turn arrow from Northbound Lakeshore Ave onto El Embarcadero appears not to be functioning--just stays red. Many cars are just turning left through the red light since it goes so long without coming green.
