    Sidewalk in front of EA Jones Elementary, across from 1711 5th St, has a 4"drop. It's very dangerous for children, dog walkers, and all pedestrians. My neighbor tripped and fell today because the sun was in her eyes. It's lucky she didn't break her ankle.
