The left turn signal on Otis at Fernside, when eastbound facing toward the BayFarm bridge, was not triggered by our waiting car several times in September and again today. After waiting through two complete signal cycles in the left turn lane while pulled up to the crosswalk, we have to make our left or U-turn whenever it's safe, although the left turn arrow is still red. The light has intermittently worked correctly. Please fix this ASAP, especially in the interest of cars coming from Peach Street, where we can only turn right on Otis but often need to head west or north. Gail Carlson of Public Works entered a SeeClick Fix for this on 10/4 after I e-mailed her, but again today the left turn arrow never came on.
