    Good afternoon! I wanted to report an issue with a piece of the trail system. On the part of the trail that goes along the Little Patuxent, where it crosses under Broken Land just south of 32, the large drainage pipe that goes under the trail is completely blocked so after it rains the runoff flows over the trail. The nearer overflow is pictured (photo stitched together, sorry about the vertical seam), and you can see a flowing stream over the path a bit further ahead that is several inches deep.
    Thank you!! We use the trail system every single day and we're so grateful to have such an extensive and well-maintained amenity.

    There is a sink hole around the storm drain pipe - it appears there is a leak in the pipe somewhere. This was reported previously and was assigned # 11782895 - that work order was closed due to the property being determined to not be a county responsibility - we /CA have since found the area in question is actually part of the road deed for Endymion Lane. In March of 2022, Howard County Real Estate Services accepted this deed as proof of ownership for a different storm drain located off of Fable Row. I can forward the documents if needed. Can you please revisit and let me know your decision on the repair. Thank you.

    There is a large blockage in the Middle Patuxent River behind New Grace Mews - according to the Howard County Maryland Interactive Map the blockage is in the area which Howard County is responsible to maintain - the blockage is causing serious erosion an will soon effect the walking path and sewer line in the area.
