Can something be done about the late night train horns? The horns seem to be getting louder, used more frequently, and for longer durations. I understand that brief horn notification may be mandated as the trains approach 65th and 67th streets, but the streets don't cross the tracks for a long distance once the train passes 65th. Beyond that, the conductors don't need to use their horns the entire distance fro 65th street to the bay st mall.
