    There is a large area of mud built up in front of the sidewalk that is adjacent to the street (Gordon) heading south on Sterling. Everyone bypasses the sidewalk and cuts through on the property owner's driveway because there is so much mud built up.
    The storm drain in close proximity is also usually very clogged.
