resident of 37 sargent had placed a couch and chair on the sidewalk weeks ago with no effort to have them picked up. since then they have been moved multiple times to my side of the street for reasons unknown? once in the middle of the night, yesterday at noon. it is beleived to be the landlord of the property moving them? my family has sent multiple emails to Joe Lucido with no respose and with neighborhood kids climbing all over the really dirty furniture is seems like quite the hazard for saftey and infection? Hopefully something can be done about this, thank you for your time.
