Perhaps this is intentional because it's such a busy intersection and the city doesn't want a crosswalk there, but I'd say it's no different than other busy intersections that have them, for example Dam Neck and Gen. Booth Blvd. thank you

In my opinion though, the worst section of the Blvd which needed paving is westbound between N. Lynnhaven and Kings Grant Rd, where no work has begun. Is this section next to be repaved?

I counted at least 6.
