    Pothole(s) multiple. As you crossover 1st Street N, heading East onto 47th Ave. N there are at least 1 pothole or dip in the left tire lane. Also, just ahead of that are several ROUGH patches that make it difficult to navigate across.

    Cannot see the STOP sign until you are right up on it. Stop sign is blocked by overhanging vegetation.

    Pothole is in the tire track so that you either have to straddle or drive around it. Nuisance and it's been there since last year it started to develop. Sorry haven't been able to stop and take pix.
