There is a large sinkhole to the municipal parking lot entrance on Central Avenue (Near Parking Enforcement Division).

The traffic light on the SE corner of Central/ Franklin Avenue is not working correctly. The green light is out (see photo). Please have it repaired as soon as possible.

Please have the graffiti removed at 428 Central Avenue (on South Street side).

Digital display isn't working. It failed to display remaining time after coin was deposited. Please have it repaired as soon as possible.

There is graffiti at 366 Central Avenue (on Bowers side street) including the traffic box. Please have it removed as soon as possible.

The parking meter display is unresponsive leaving the meter unusable. Please have it repaired as soon as possible.

Light pole was bump by truck now it appears to be falling. Please have the pole secured as quickly as possible.

The business is permanently closed and the storefront gates have been tagged.

Light is out. Please fix as soon as possible.

Parking Meter is out of order. The display is blank and unresponsive. Please repair as soon as possible.

The street light, on a wooden pole just off the SW corner of Zabriskie Street/ Central Ave, is out of service. Please repair as soon as possible.

PSE&G installed a new wooden pole, with street light, on the SE corner of North Street/ Central Avenue recently. The foundation is washing away. It should be noted it is near a sewer catch basin. Please have it repaired as soon as possible.

Trash was not collected during last night's regular garbage collection. Please send for pickup as soon as possible.

Decorative light pole is down and live wires are exposed. Please have the pole picked up and the location secured.

There are two big issues with the traffic lights at this intersection. Please note the following:

1. The traffic light on the SE corner of Central/ Franklin Street needs to be repaired. The "Red" light does not work (see attached photo showing that there are no lights on while the traffic light diagonal from it is on red).

2. The traffic signal (shown northbound in the photo) are not synchronizing with the same traffic signals heading southbound. There is a 3 to 5 second delay that causing cars heading south to stop 3 to 5 second before the cars heading north. This is extremely dangerous to pedestrians who cross according to the southbound "red" signal unaware that cars heading northbound still have a green light.

The parking meter at this location displays the word "Fail" and is unusable. Please have it repaired as soon as possible.

SMH. Although this was recently fixed, the bulb on the light pole has again broken off and dropped after a car bumped into the pole. Please have someone collect the broken bulb at this location and replace.

The "Stop for Pedestrians" sign is broken and laying on the sidewalk at 428 Central (South Street intersection). Please have it picked up and replaced. The sign is critical for the adjacent crosswalk.
