    There are two dogs that are allowed to defecate in the front yard of the property. The owners don't pick anything up and the smell is awful. My family and I have to endure the smell and it isn't fair. On top of that the feces is included in the runoff when it rain. Please have someone come out and educate them on the ordinance and follow up to ensure they adhere.
