    !!! EXTREME ROAD HAZARD!!! The 2 blocks from 40th Avenue North to 42nd Avenue North have some really large pot holes in the right lane. This is exacerbated by some continuous flowing water from 40th Avenue. This is dangerous as people will jerk the autos into the left lane to avoid the giant pot holes.

    Center lane, right hand side. There are 2 potholes in lane. One goes through 2 layers of asphalt and is wide enough to have a scooter or motorcycle tire fall into it. This could cause a deadly accident.

    The light at the intersection of 1st Avenue South and 22nd Street has become woefully out of sync with the rest of the lights on 1st Avenue South and is causing traffic congestion and safety issues during peak travel hours. People are running it or slamming on their brakes suddenly to stop.

    10 months we have had 2 barricades around a pothole in this alley. High winds blowing them over and the puddle is deep enough it is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

    A couple of months ago there was a 6 foot deep hole in the road. Small circumference but deep. You filled it and paved it. It was fine for a while but now there is a VERY large depression forming. Like the pavement is sinking. It approximately 6 feet in diameter and growing.
