invasive Asiatic bittersweet infestation along southern edge of park.

There's a lot of invasive bittersweet coming along the fence line between the park and the private properties on Cherry Lane. Most of it is on City property, and it's starting to climb the trees in the park.

The westernmost southbound lane of Shelburne Road between the Market 32 plaza and the I-189 on-ramp has many deep potholes in the pavement seams, and they seem to be getting significantly worse as winter approaches. Is it possible to patch these before winter fully arrives?

The intersection of Pine and Flynn is essentially impassible for anyone on foot thanks to the construction. All four corners of the intersection are closed, and if you're coming south on Pine Street on the west side of the street, there's no way to escape from the intersection without trespassing on the (rocky, root-covered) property of the Howard Center all the way to Foster Street. The sidewalks are blocked off, making them unavailable to pedestrians, families with strollers, people in wheelchairs, etc.

Why did the city simultaneously shut down all of the access routes through a major intersection?

Several deep potholes have appeared on the north side of Birchcliff Parkway just west of where it meets Shelburne Road. Cars often swerve into the opposite lane to avoid them.

Thanks for fixing this when you get a chance!

Every time I try to cross Pine Street going to or from the Birchcliff neighborhood, I feel like I'm playing the 80s arcade game Frogger. There's often no safe way to cross without walking down to Champlain Elementary or up to the Lakeside Ave intersection, which is problematic when I'm with family who have mobility challenges. Birchcliff Pkwy is the only readily accessible east-west route joining Shelburne Road and Pine Street between Locust St and Flynn Ave, so it's a logical place to put a connecting pedestrian facility.

Drivers don't pay attention to basic crosswalks; I'd like to see a rapid-flashing beacon like those mounted farther north on Pine. Thanks!
