    Serious concern for extremely slippery sidewalk on concrete path between the creek bridge and the playground at the corner of 12th St and Cocoanut. This is due to slime formed by constant water drainage across the path causing algae growth. A cone had been placed, but the sidewalk needs to be closed off until the slime is removed. The grass also needs to be repaired where a vehicle has gouged deep ruts in that wet and soft area. Those ruts are also a danger to walkers.

    Light out. One of the new park lights along the concrete path in Pioneer Park is out. It is located next to the 2nd trash can east of Tamiami Trail. This path is between the San Marco condo at 1188 N Tamiami and the creek than runs through the park. This is a potential safety and security issue.

    This maroon camper van has been parked at the entrance to the north side Pioneer Park for many weeks. I have never seen it used or moved.

    At 6:45 AM today there was a utility truck in from of our condominium with workers trimming bushes on the median with power tools. I would think this would not be allowed at this early hour.

    We are in serious need of a street lamp on the utility pole which is on the property line between the San Marco Condominium and the historic Whittaker Cemetery. This is a safety issue for those of us walking our dogs at night. I was told that this was also requested in the past, but with no resolution up to now. Thank you for addressing this.

    Large survey announcement posters have been placed on 4 or 5 trees next to the Sarasota County Historical Society building in Pioneer Park. These pertain to two lots at Osprey and 29th St, which have nothing to do with Pioneer Park, and just constitute litter in our neighborhood park. Please have them removed.
