    I reported a dead replacement tree in April 2023. My request was acknowledged and they indicated we would get a replacement tree under a warranty but we have heard nothing since. Please update me on the status.

    A newly planted tree planted this past fall has died or dying. Not producing any leaves. Not looking healthy. Requesting an inspection and a new replacement.
