Believe contractor unlicensed as the white crew cab truck with Redding truck body had no contractor license numbers on front fender which is the law in Pinellas County. No company name on truck also. Main concern is water turned off many times without advance notice up to 4 hours and no boil water notice. Great disruption to normal daily cooking and hygiene activities. County should keep a close watch on this park as there are ALWAYS questionable activities with unlicensed contractors going on here.
