The neighbor behind me has plant overgrowth and a falling fence. This is my second complaint -- the first complaint didn't resolve the issue and now it has worsened. The overgrowth of plants are up in the telephone, cable, and electrical wires and is probably what caused our power outage during hurricane Irma. This has been a problem for a few years and has now gotten to the point that the City and Duke Energy need to get involved. I work at home and cannot afford another power failure. You can contact me and come by to view the overgrowth from my back yard. Also, this overgrowth becomes an additional problem with high winds and heavy rain -- it's already snapped a phone line that wrapped around my next door neighbor's Avocado tree, pulled it downward, and split a portion of the tree. You'll be able to see that too..

There are numerous accidents at this intersection and I'd like the City to consider installing a traffic light. There is a Church and a Daycare on the corners of this intersection and both of those warrant consideration. I've had numerous cars come up in my yard and take out my trees -- the photo attached is the most recent and I'm tired of it. Also, at times it sounds like a race track on 38th Ave N and a traffic light will help to slow the cars down. If cost is an issue, simply relocate the light at 38th Ave N and 43rd St N (where there is no longer a school). This has been an ongoing issue -- do your research and you will find that there have been many accidents involving vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, & pedestrians. PLEASE take this into consideration and do something about it. Thank you!
