Strange cars pull in the driveway, blocking all tenants, at all hours of the night. Car pulls up. Man comes out of house. Hands either driver or passenger something. Talks a few minutes. Car then leaves. Same vehicle returns several times per nigh with same activity. Minors living in house and parent not always home. Has been fighting and arguing in past. Neighborhood is mostly older people and needs stopped.

The south end of Dallas Ave is hazardous for all who travel on it. The city of Lorain and The Township of Sheffield pass the buck when it comes to trying to get it repaired. They refuse to repair the road and even tell the residents that we need to have a petition signed by everyone on the street before they will consider repairing it. Telephone poles are broken and tied together with cable to keep them from falling with the main electric lines attached to them. Holes in the street are a foot plus deep. When they do fill them, they use small gravel and withing two weeks all the gravel builds up around the holes and makes them deeper. No wonder no one wants to live in Lorain. This road needs repaired. I have damaged two vehicles on this road and intent to start submitting my repair bills to the city, as well as encouraging everyone to do the same.

Rough road and potholes on Dallas Ave. at 39th St. Tearing up vehicles. Yearly problem never fixed.
