1st photo shows flooding caused by 25 minute thunderstorm on July 2nd, 2019. 2nd photo shows flooding is halfway up driveway.
3rd photo shows flooding only partially receding 25 minutes after rain stopped. 4th photo shows road completely flooded on July 6. this problem was first reported in 2017 and still recurs because the root cause is not being addressed. The sewer lines need to be repaired. Cleaning out compromised line is a bandaid not a solution. Repairs to date are unsatisfactory and do not meet expectation.

An hour after the rain stops, road still flooded. This issue has been recurring since August 2017, with multiple reports since then.

The sewer line is broken and allowing sand to enter/block sewer line. One neighbor closest to the break has experienced sewer backups in home. There are 2 Bobs barricades over the open hole/depression with sewage visible on bottom of hole. Depression first reported on August 8. Problem first reported as storm water, but when storm water department investigated, it was determined to be a sewer line. Please advise when this will be repaired.

I reported a drainage issue in August. The report identified a depression by the storm drain. On 9/27 storm drain 3 reported the pipe was repaired. There is still a depression depression and Bobs barricades located over the hole that represents a hazard to small children. It's been 2 months and the original report has been archived. When will this problem be addressed.
