    What is the reasoning that does not allow homeowners to have more than one recycling bin? We are very conscious about recycling and, on more than one occasion, have needed additional room for recycling products. The crews will not pick up additional products not in an official bin, but the city advised homes were not allowed more than one. In many ways, this is actually discouraging recycling since we have no alternative but to throw the products in a city bag to go out with the trash. Thank you.

    Are there any plans to repaint the directional arrows and lane guides at the intersection of Marginal Way and Franklin Arterial? When coming from 295, it is very confusing since the lanes do not proceed in a straight line to the appropriate lanes on Franklin. There are directional signs above on the wires, but they are apparently not noticeable enough. I have now twice nearly been in an accident due to someone in the right turning lane proceeding straight through the intersection. With the amount of out of state/out of town traffic Portland sees, it would be very helpful if the traffic pattern was made a bit more clear.
