Today I saw the porch door wide open as well as the interior door to the house. It is liable to vandalism, vagrancy, or another fire. The house needs to be secured as soon as possible.

A huge branch fell last night and was held up by telephone wires. If it had fallen it would have severely damaged parked car and private property. This tree needs a lot of trimming.

I called the Jersey City Sanitation Dept on the morning of Dec 20 and was told it'd be picked up. It has yet to be picked up at 10:30 on Sat Dec 21. My trash/recycling isn't picked up at least twice every month, and I have to call. The contractor with the city is often lax.
