I was told by Pinellas County Florida start in not sure if last name that this tree was not part of their jurisdiction as only trees that overhang the road would be addressed. The tree has been cut down to a manageable height I'm wondering if there is any way to get county assistance and grinding or removing the stump so it does not grow back so we can avoid this problem in the future. Additionally there are a few branches still overhanging the road that have not yet been addressed from the initial request.

I spoke with one of the tree trimming guys last year about a Brazilian pepper tree on the county-owned property directly adjacent to ours. He indicated that they would be back out late spring or early summer and would get the tree taken care of. I have tried for the 11 years or so that we have lived here to keep it trimmed back but with the limited tools that I have it at an overwhelming and undaunting task that I am unfortunately losing the battle. I would like to have the tree at a minimum trimmed back ideal we cut down all together or at least down to a height and manageable height I can take care of the rest. Additionally the tree that overhangs the street it's starting to get a little low to the ground and scraping the roof of my RV as I enter and leave my driveway. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter

I know you folks were just out on Tuesday. I appreciate the quick response. The mosquitoes are as bad as ever. I am not sure what can be done but they are Relentless. I think it would help if the property to the west of us was treated as well as the woods to the east. I am working with Duke to have the woods to the east trim down but for the time being if we can just Overkill it would be greatly appreciate it. At this point I cannot go out and walk my dogs at night time without being mauled by dozens without exaggeration
