Hello, I am a Geocacher in Pinellas County and there are quite a few in Helen S. Howarth Community Park and most of them are mine. Recently a fellow Geocacher came to this park to find it and stumbled apon human feces, dirty laundry, trash, etc. She said she will not be coming back to this park again after what she saw. This is caused by the numerous amounts of homeless people that live within the park, she also mentioned a man wiping and cleaning all of his clothes while naked, this was near one of the only roads within the park which means that children and their parents could have driven by the man this is a major problem!!! please have someone clear out these parks for the community, we need it.
