When crossing in crosswalk parallel to the train tracks both of which cross Washington St, the sidewalk on the same side as the Azorean Restaurant does not have handicap access where the cross walk meets it. An elderly woman had trouble getting her walker’s wheels up onto the sidewalk. It took her so long that I was looking for a car park space so I could get out and help her. Thank you, Bob

During evening city hall meetings, non-EVs are parked in EV charging station parking slots

There are 2 charging stations on Warren St in front of City Hall. The associated parking spaces have a green and a white line which may be misleading people to park their non-EV cars in those spaces. Maybe the whole space should be painted green with an EV car symbol in white? Gloucester citizens are permitted to charge their cars so only EV cars may park there
