    The owner of this lot has neglected this property resulting in significant damage to our home. The is currently another tree threatening my home, and two trees threatened my neighbors property. Please advise if this can be addressed asap. I cannot repair my home until this is resolved. The lot is a nuisance to the neighborhood.

    Bay Pines Boat Ramp is in need of cleaning. At low tide Sunday 5/21/17 multiple vehicles were sliding down the ramp during launch and retrieval. Traction is near impossible even with a 8000lb dually truck with no vessel attached. A very scary and dangerous situation.
