    This dwelling caught fire earlier this year. The windows are boarded up on one side of the house. People with kids suddenly appeared to be living in it. I am pretty sure the electricity is not on and people are living in it with the front door wide open in this heat. Here is a pic when it caught fire back in March 2016.
