    Compost was out. You routinely miss me. Somebody left Ann Arbor cones on either side of the driveway the same day as your last late pickup last week, and I thought it was maybe to teach your drivers to pick up here. Cones still here, compost still here at 3 pm on pickup day. Maybe you pick up later now?

    I am missed about 8 times a year. The Drivers can't learn not to go in one entrance of Pinelake Coop and leave the other entrance/exit and still pick up mine, in between the two entrances/exits. This time it's recycling, still on the road; often it's trash and compost as well.

    I am ROUTINELY missed, being surrounded on 3 sides by Pinelake Co-op. Trucks enter one Pinelake access road and exit the other, bypassing me entirely. I have waited YEARS for the City to figure this out. Starting now I have no choice but to put out my carts no matter how full every week, since they will likely not be picked up that week. The current recycling cart is chock full, standing at the curb all week because my schedule has not allowed me to call AGAIN for the service that is supposed to be automatic.
