Boulder has fallen into culvert blocking pipe going underneath driveway. If we get more heavy rains and wind, that pipe will accumulate debris.

Southbound traffic cannot see the painted stop line on the road because that line has worn away. This means that frequently southbound traffic stops well away from the intersection, next to the stop sign – true, but they don't stop at the actual stop line. This creates confusion for other drivers as to who has the right of way when coming to this five-way stop.
  • 1st Ave N. & N 155th shoreline, wa - Shoreline

People traveling North on 1st ave N and about to turn west onto N.155th do not know that it is okay to use the median as a temporary turn lane.

This causes a large back up of cars, some wanting to turn right (or east) because the first car in the queue is unwilling to pull into the median lane.

The median lanes are exactly for this purpose: you pull into that lane, come to a stop, and when it's safe to do so you merge onto westbound N. 155th.

  • N 167 St & Stone Ave. N Shoreline, Washington - Shoreline

At the intersection North 167th street and Stone Avenue North, there are 2 large trees on the North side of 167th that makes it impossible to see oncoming, east bound traffic.

The picture I've uploaded shows the view from my car while correctly stopped on Stone Avenue.

It's very easy to pull out in front of 167 traffic traveling east because of those beautiful trees.

Please have them pruned (correctly), perhaps by lifting the canopy.

    1) not lit at night so crosswalk is dangerous
    2) blind spots from cars parked, legally, make pedestrians have to surprise drivers into yielding the right of way.

We watched a snow plow drive along Stone Ave N, but driver didn't actually plow.

    165th, however, was plowed.

    I'm feeling a bit left out. :'(

  • 11027 Meridian Ave N Seattle, WA 98133, USA - Haller Lake

Accessing the Polyclinic parking lot on the north side of their building really mucks things up here. The problem seems to be North bound cars turning left (or west) across the south bound lanes of Meridian, as well as having cars exiting that same parking lot.

The intersection stop lights are pretty quick. People in the south bound lanes are confused in how to handle the people using the polyclinic, and so often yield the right of way.

The effect is that only a few cars make it through the intersection (south bound) which is toward North Seattle Community College. About 15 minutes before each morning hour (when classes start) meridian can back up all the way to N 115th st. Lots of cars become impatient and drive aggressively here, sometimes running the red light so that they can continue on their way, either south on meridian, or east towards I-5 on Northgate way.

My suggestions 1) is for the Polyclinic to direct their customers to using their garage entrance (free to the public) which can be accessed from N. Northgate way, just west of Meridian; 2) extend the length of the intersection lights, or 3), prevent north bound drivers on Meridian to turning left into the polyclinic.
