The serviceberry tree on our extension on Nottingham (at the corner with Independence) has dead branches and black on about half of its lower trunk. It's a great tree, can it be nursed back to health?

Walk signal buttons fail to engage the ’walk’ signal when crossing Washtennaw on foot at Manchester. West crosswalk, both northbound and southbound. Pedestrians (including me) had to walk quickly against the ‘don’t walk’ signal, on my two crossings across Washtenaw, Sat 4/23 at 4:15pm and 5pm.

Loose wire from DTE electrical pole (grounding wire?) pulled from ground. Pole No. 9174, on Nottingham between Manchester and Independence. The old wooden "sleeve" covering the wire on its way down the pole is in bad shape also. It's one of those poles with a transformer at the top, so involves a lot of voltage.

Street tree branch down Independence at Nottingham
  • Washtenaw Ave & Manchester Rd Ann Arbor, MI, 48104, USA - Ann Arbor
Safety issue- Three streetlights in a row out: Northwest corner of the intersection, first three lights out, including the one directly over the crosswalk. This is a dangerous intersection for pedestrians, especially when they hurry across Washtenaw to catch the AATA bus at the intersection before sunrise.

Broken branch too high up for me to access, may fall. Corner of Independence and Nottingham.

Thanks in advance for the help!

A leaning utility pole at the edge of the wooded area across Manchester from Manchester Park (near the southwest corner of the park) has become uprooted and is leaning on other wires, near the street.
