    The garbage can on the southeast corner of Central and WEbster is always always overflowing. This is one of its better days and it’s still bad. Usually it spills out on the sidewalk. Can this one be emptied more often?

    There is a ton of garbage in the defunct newspaper stands on the sidewalk. It’s attracting rodents. Can we just take down the newspaper stands since they aren’t used?

    In the parking lot between Mountain Mike’s Pizza and O’Reilly Auto Parts, there is as TON of garbage all over the ground. I don’t know which business’s responsibility it is but it is TOO MUCH.

    My neighbors have a car bumper and a kitchen sink hanging out on the sidewalk and it's been there for ages. Also on Clement, about the same place but on the other street, there's a recliner and broken glass.
