    There have been a few SeeClickFix issues on this spot. The private lot continues to be a meeting place for less than desirables. Yesterday three "regulars" we're hanging around this area, one walked to the side of the taqueria and peed all over the wall as was witnessed by myself and my two young children. As you can see from the photo there is toilet paper in this lot and trash. When will the city put pressure on the owner to keep his lot clean? He cleans it only after the residents grumble. Most of the time the chains to the lot are down. Where is the city and the owner in moving forward to build this lot? This lot creates a health hazard of uneaten food, human waste, litter and alcohol bottles and is a hang out spot for some "regulars" who drink, smoke and trespass on the lot breaking the law and/or city ordinances.

    The corner lot at Taylor and Webster continues to be plagued with litter and loitering. Yesterday my young children and I saw an unkempt man, one of the recent regulars in this lot, peeing all over the side of Taqueria Calefia in broad daylight, mid-day. As is evident from the picture there are wads of toilet paper along with litter. Where is the city and the property owner going to move forward with construction? The owner cleans the lot when the residents complain enough but in between we are stuck with a neighborhood lot which is full of litter, is an invitation to loitering, and currently looks like it serving as a public restroom. (This may be one of two posts, my first post didn't post that I can see. Admin please remove double post if any. )

    Last thread on this subject was marked closed. Please do not mark closed until an issue has been taken care of. The corner of Webster and Taylor continues to invite homeless and is getting worse. Please contact property manager of the lot. photo taken 9/27 @3:00pm

    On the benches next to Taqueria Calafia on Webster Street are a group of homeless men/women who loiter there on a daily basis for hours at a time, usually in the afternoon. They drag their carts, smoke their cigarettes ( smoking ordinance?) take over that area. Often this area smells of alcohol. My children walk by this area daily. Other people's children walk by this area. Requesting increased daily police patrols on Webster. This happens daily. My last post was closed and archived. This is an ongoing problem. I am requesting ongoing monitoring of the area. Please do not close this thread.
